02 Who actually builds the AI — Cosmoura or Decipher? +
Decipher Consultancy Services, our sister concern. Decipher is the engineering and AI lab; Cosmoura is the services firm. You contract through Cosmoura; the engineers come from Decipher. The code is deployed in your cloud, owned by you, documented for your team.
03 What AI models do you use? +
Model-agnostic. We tune per use-case — GPT-4 and Claude for complex reasoning, Gemini Flash and Haiku for high-volume tasks, open-source (Llama, Mistral) for sensitive data or cost-constrained use. Every call is cost-tuned. We log token usage per feature.
04 Do you work with Tally, Zoho, SAP, Odoo? +
All four, plus Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, NetSuite, custom ERPs via CSV / API. Our automation sits on top of your existing accounting system — you do not migrate. For CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Freshsales.
05 Can you build on AWS, GCP and Azure? +
