Who we are
An old-school services firm, re-built for the AI era.
Cosmoura is a Gurugram-based professional services firm. We run compliance, bookkeeping, secretarial, trademark and automation retainers for Indian businesses that need the work done properly but cannot carry a full in-house team.
The firm was incorporated in 2019 as Cosmoura Marketing Private Limited. The legal name is a leftover from an earlier chapter. What we do today sits firmly in the regulated-services lane: DPDP Act readiness, SOC 2 and ISO 27001, GST and TDS, ROC filings, trademark prosecution, and the custom RegTech our sister company builds on top of all of it.
Our back-office uses Decipher Consultancy's AI tooling to carry the repetitive bits of professional work. The judgment calls, the signoffs, and the regulator conversations stay with named senior humans. That mix lets us deliver at roughly a third of what traditional firms charge, with the same quality on the parts that actually matter.
