SignupDesk · Regional Partner Program

Bring your city's event organizers onto SignupDesk.

You know the organizers in your region. We build and run the platform. Partners onboard local event businesses onto SignupDesk and earn on every plan they buy. Hosting, software, payments and updates stay with us, so you can spend your time on people, not servers.

  • India-wide
  • One region per partner
  • 90-day pilot

What partners do

You bring the relationships. We bring the software.

Most event organizers outside the metros still run on Google Forms, Excel and a printed list at the gate. They don't need a sales pitch from Gurugram. They need someone local who has seen the product work.

Find organizers

Conference organizers, college fest committees, trade bodies, temple trusts, wedding planners. You know who runs events in your city. We usually don't.

Onboard them

Help them set up their first event, connect their payment gateway and get their team using the scanner. In Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, whatever the room speaks.

Be there on the day

Optional, but organizers love it. A local face at the check-in desk on event morning is worth more than any support ticket.

What you get

Paid for every organizer who stays.

Commission

A share of every paid SignupDesk plan your organizers buy, monthly or per-event. The rate and payout schedule are written into your partner agreement before you sign anything.

A region

Each partner works a defined city or region. We start with one pilot city, and the territory grows once the numbers back it up.

Product and sales support

Demo accounts, pitch material, a direct line to our product team and priority help when an organizer is stuck an hour before gates open.

Discover listings

Public events from your organizers show up on SignupDesk Discover, so their tickets reach buyers beyond their own WhatsApp groups.

Read this before you apply

This is a partner program, not a platform licence.

We get emails every few weeks from companies who want to launch their own ticketing brand on top of SignupDesk. We don't offer that. No platform licensing, no OEM deal, no rebadged marketplace. The Regional Partner Program is the only way to work with us as a partner.

Why so strict? Because SignupDesk runs its own marketplace, Discover. Licensing the same software to a competing marketplace would mean building our competitor's product for them.

Not part of the program

  • A copy of the platform under your own brand or domain to sell as your ticketing company
  • Source code, a self-hosted install or access to our servers
  • Collecting ticket money on behalf of organizers. Each organizer is paid through their own gateway account
  • Exclusive rights to an entire state from day one

How it works

From application to your first region.

  1. 01

    Apply

Tell us your city, what you do today and roughly how many organizers you can reach in the first year.

  2. 02

    Intro call

A 30-minute call with the SignupDesk team. We walk you through the product and ask a lot of questions about your market.

  3. 03

    Pilot

A 90-day pilot in one city. You onboard your first organizers, we watch how events actually run and fix what breaks.

  4. 04

    Agreement

If the pilot works for both sides, we sign a regional partner agreement with territory, commission and targets in writing.

  5. 05

    Grow

More organizers, more cities. Partners who deliver get first right on neighbouring regions.

Questions

What people ask before they apply.

Can I launch my own branded ticketing platform on SignupDesk?

No. We don't license the platform for third-party ticketing marketplaces, under any brand. The Regional Partner Program is the only partner model we run. Organizers you bring use SignupDesk directly, or white-label it for their own events.

What about white-label? I thought SignupDesk was white-label.

It is, for event managers and agencies running their own events and their clients' events. They get their own domain and branding. The application, servers and code stay hosted and managed by Cosmoura. White-label plans are not meant for running a public platform that signs up outside organizers.

Who owns the organizer and attendee data?

Each organizer owns the attendee data from their events and can export it any time. You get reporting on the organizers you brought in and the plans they bought.

Do I need to be technical?

Not really. If you can set up an event on SignupDesk yourself and explain it to an organizer over chai, that is enough. The product runs on our side.

Is there a fee to join?

No joining fee. You do need a demo account and some training time with our team, which we provide.

Which cities are open?

Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities are where we want partners most: Madurai, Coimbatore, Indore, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kochi, Nagpur and similar. Metro regions are open too, but we are more selective there.
