Privacy Policy

How we handle information you share with us. Last updated September 2026.

This policy explains what information Cosmoura Marketing Private Limited ("Cosmoura", "we", "us") collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. We have written it in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

Cosmoura Marketing Private Limited, headquartered in Gurugram, India, operates this website and is the controller of information collected through it. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@cosmoura.com.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form or the growth assessment follow-up, you may provide: your name, company, work email, phone number, website, company size, what you are trying to achieve, and the content of your message. We receive this only because you chose to send it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. Where we use analytics, we favour privacy-conscious, aggregate measurement over individual tracking. This site currently loads no advertising trackers.

The growth assessment tool

The interactive growth assessment on this site is a demonstration that runs entirely in your browser. Text you enter into it is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and is not stored.

Why we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started.
  • To prepare proposals, assessments or recommendations you request.
  • To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
  • To keep the website secure and functioning.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your information to train AI models.

Cookies

This website uses only cookies or equivalent storage that are strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If optional analytics are introduced later, this policy will be updated before they go live, with a clear description of what is collected.

Third-party processors

We keep third parties to a minimum. Information submitted through the site may be processed by our hosting provider, our email provider, and — where used — our form-handling or analytics services, solely to deliver the functions described above. Processors are bound by contract to handle the data on our instructions.

How long we keep information

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as the conversation is active, and thereafter only as long as it remains relevant for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records). You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time — see Your rights below.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email support@cosmoura.com. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period and will explain clearly if (and only if) a legal obligation prevents us from acting on a request.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to correspondence and internal systems is limited to people who need it for the purposes described here. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your information ever occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Children

This website is directed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged clearly.
